Adolf Hitler

Adolf Hitler was a German dictator and leader of the Nazi Party who ruled Germany from 1933 to 1945. Born in Austria in 1889, Hitler rose to power during a period of economic and political instability in Germany following World War I. He initiated World War II through aggressive military expansion and was responsible for the Holocaust, the genocide that killed six million Jews and millions of others. Hitler remains one of history’s most infamous political figures.
